Artist Statement about The 'GIANT' 'Indiana Living green' magazine writes in the July - August 2009 edition of their magazine that Vic Cook is the Leonardo da Vinci and Henry David Thoreau of our time and goes on to call him a "creative genius". Read the complete article here. Also, over the next few days, Vic will be releasing color drawings and more details on his "Car of the Future". Check back soon to see this new information. “Longer than the Sphinx and Mt. Rushmore, the ‘Giant’ is the creation of artist and designer, Vic Cook. With a name excerpted from Neil Armstrong’s famous quote “…One Giant Leap for Mankind”, this contemporary home – in the woods – is a monument to living in balance with nature. … His high tech home which cost about a dollar a day to power, includes a concert hall, recording studio, big screen TV and two computers.“ From Indy’s Child Magazine - April 2008
