WIPB-TV
Documentary on Vic Cook submitted for Emmy Award
consideration.
WIPB-TV is the non-commercial public broadcasting television
station licensed to Ball State University and has
underwriters at the local, state, and regional level. In
connection with Indiana Outdoors, WIPB-TV produced a
documentary video about Vic Cook and his work and submitted
it for consideration for an Emmy Award.
"The INDIANA
OUTDOORS television program had heard about "The Giant"
from other TV people who had been out to film it. We
want to celebrate people who care deeply for Planet
Earth, so doing a story on Vic and his house was a
natural for us. What we found was a deeply spiritual
man who loves people and the environment. The entire
crew was deeply moved. The shoot was peaceful, yet
speedy, compared to other television shoots. We left
richer for the experience. Thanks for inviting us to
"The Giant." Click on the YouTube link to view our
story."
Sincerely,
